These Terms & Conditions apply to all internet customer transactions on this website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these Terms & Conditions at any time, and will take effect on the date they are posted onto this website (see date at bottom of page).

 

OUR CONTRACT

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Place Order button.

After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in a confirmation email. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.

If for any reason your payment details cannot be authorised, we may invite you to pay by another method.

When your order has been accepted, processed & shipped, we will send you another email telling you that your ordered items have been shipped.

 

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices and charges on this site are in UK Pounds (also known as British Pound/GBP & Pound Sterling). They include any VAT payable (although, please note that coffee is exempt from UK VAT), but exclude delivery charges, if applicable.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket (Bucket) before you submit your order.

We accept payment by Mastercard & Visa, which is deducted when we process your order.

In relation to the cost breakdown of Items, Shipping & VAT shown on the checkout page below the Order Summary: If an item is VAT chargeable, then the price of the goods will be shown minus VAT in the Items section & the applicable VAT is shown separately in the VAT section. If your order contains vatable items, then it follows that the shipping cost is vatable & then the shipping charge is shown minus the VAT & the VAT is shown separtely in the VAT section. If your order contains no vatable items, then no VAT is charged on shipping.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.

 

CUSTOMER DISCOUNT/OFFER VOUCHER CODES (‘Discount/Offer Codes’)

Where you use a valid promotional code we have issued in conjunction with your purchase or any other qualifying means, the following additional terms and conditions apply...

Discount/Offer Codes:

·       will only be available on order values over the amount stated in the offer

·       are only valid until the date published

·       are only redeemable for purchases made on this website (elevensescoffeeand.co.uk)

·       only one Discount/Offer Code may be used per customer per transaction

·       we reserve the right to end any Discount/Offer Codes at any time including prior to the advertised end date without notice

 

RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL USER ACCOUNT

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall elevenses coffee roasters, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, elevenses coffee roasters assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

 

RIGHT TO CHANGE & MODIFY TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

 

IMPORTANT

We try to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, occasionally an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the product(s) to you. We will contact you where we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.

 

GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these Terms & Conditions.

Items sold on this website are intended for normal domestic and consumer use and are not intended for resale or commercial use. We reserve the right to refuse access to this website, to remove or edit content, or to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you, and we will reimburse any payment made by you.

Additional Terms & Conditions may apply for prize competitions, pre-release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

These Terms & Conditions only cover the elevensescoffeeand.co.uk website. Any other websites to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms & conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

 

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS & LOGOS

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of elevenses coffee roasters. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
